The Signature is a ZEE5 Original film directed by Gajendra Ahire, features Anupam Kher in the titular role. They have developed a friendship throughout the years, going beyond simply being partners. That’s what really makes this character unique.”

As seen in the trailer, Arvind’s (Anupam Kher) wife faints at the airport just before the long awaited international trip forcing him to spend all his savings to save her life. On the other hand, his children remain distant and refuse to provide financial help. Arvind then confides in his old college friend who helps him cope with his difficulties. However, he is confronted with a devastating moral dilemma of signing the DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) form. Will he let go, or hold on to the hope that his love can withstand the doors of death? What will he choose, and at what cost?
Plot
Arvind, an elderly man whose life is upended when his wife becomes critically ill. As her health deteriorates, he struggles with financial and emotional hardships. Amid his despair, an old college friend steps in to support him, helping him through his difficult journey.

Since ZEE5 acquired the streaming rights to the film, it will be available on the platform on October 4, 2024.
